Refunds & Rescheduling Policy & Terms and Conditions
Last updated: February 2026
At HBL Academy, we operate a boutique, high-quality training environment with a maximum 1:3 student-to-trainer ratio. Each seat is carefully prepared with dedicated clinical resources, pre-vetted models, and direct hands-on supervision, which requires significant advance planning.
By making payment and enrolling in a course with HBL Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. All Bookings Are Final
All course bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made, your place in the course is confirmed.
2. No Rescheduling or Non-Attendance
Due to the intensive preparation required for each session — including clinical staffing, model coordination, and resource allocation — rescheduling is not permitted under any circumstances. Failure to attend your scheduled course will result in the full forfeiture of your booking. No refund, credit, or reschedule will be offered.
3. Enrolment Prerequisites & Professional Responsibility
- AHPRA Requirements: Enrolment is strictly limited to Registered Nurses (RNs) with a minimum of 12 months of general nursing experience, in accordance with AHPRA/NMBA standards. Proof of registration and experience is required prior to the commencement of training.
- Suitability: The onus is on the trainee to ensure the suitability of the course for their professional scope and to confirm acceptance of the certificate by their chosen providers prior to enrolling.
- Third-Party Acceptance: No refunds are offered should a third-party scripting service, insurance provider, or other professional body not accept the certificate of completion.
4. Accreditation & Scope of Training
- Scope: Training is strictly limited to IV Vitamin Infusion and Skin Rejuvenation (Skin Needling and Rejuran). These involve non-permanent, bio-absorbable treatments only.
- Accreditation: All courses are CPD accredited. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the accreditation status of the course.
5. Liability & Complication Management
- In-Class Liability: HBL Academy assumes responsibility for the clinical management of any complications that may arise during the training session under our direct 1:3 supervision.
- Post-Training Liability: HBL Academy and its trainers are not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from treatments the trainee provides in their own clinical practice after the training is completed.
6. Cancellation by HBL Academy
In the rare event that a course must be rescheduled by HBL Academy (e.g., trainer illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will provide a transfer to the next available course date. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.
7. Digital Content
If your enrolment includes access to digital manuals, pre-reading materials, or downloadable content, these are considered fully “consumed” and are non-refundable once access has been granted.
8. Policy Acknowledgement
By proceeding with your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
